Cherries
Cherry products from Yantai
From brined raw fruit to cocktail-ready maraschino cherries — grown and processed in the Yantai cherry region.
Maraschino Cherries
Red, yellow, green, orange, blue and purple. With or without stem. Brix 20–50 to your recipe. Almond or mint flavour.
Dark / Black Cherries
Pitted or unpitted, Brix 28–32, packing 425g / 850g / 3kg. Colour (Red 129, Blue 133) and flavour fully customisable.
Brined Cherries
New-season fruit, uniform in size, texture and colour. Supplied in drums for further processing.
Pie Fillings

Baking grade, oven-stable. 7 flavours · Brix 30 · fruit content 45–55% · 5kg pails, machine-filling friendly. Long-term supplier to leading bakery chains across China, with OEM distribution across the Philippines.
Red Cherry
Chopped or whole-fruit. Balanced sweet-sour, heat-resistant, blends with cream and batter. Ideal for cake layers, bread filling and pies.
Black Cherry
Deep, intense aroma for Black Forest cakes, mousse layers and chocolate products. Low water separation, machine-friendly.
