What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and packing format. For standard specifications we can quote from small trial quantities; for custom or private-label specifications MOQ is set by the production run. Send us your target volume and we will confirm exactly.

Can you supply samples before we commit?
Yes. We send samples against a written brief so you can evaluate the filling in your own process — baked, plated or frozen according to how you use it. Sample freight is normally at the buyer’s cost.

Can you adjust Brix and fruit content?
Yes. Brix is normally adjustable from 20 to 50 and fruit content from 45% to 55% or above. These are the two parameters customers change most often, and both are set at order rather than fixed in advance.

Are your fillings oven-stable?
Our bakery fruit fillings and pie fillings are formulated as baking grade and oven-stable. They are designed not to boil out of pastry and not to release water as the product cools.

Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, BRC Global Food Standard, a Chinese QS production licence and US FDA registration. We also hold independent import and export rights.

Which markets do you export to?
Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Southeast Asia. Southeast Asia is currently one of our fastest-growing regions, with OEM supply to leading food brands in the Philippines.

What packing formats are available?
Depending on the product: retail jars and cans, 425 g / 850 g / 3 kg cans, 4 / 1 gallon and 6 / 2 kg cans, and 5 kg pails. Most formats can be adapted to your requirement.

How do you handle quality claims?
Every batch carries production records and retention samples. If a delivered batch does not meet the approved specification, send us the batch code and the details and we will investigate against our retained sample.

Do you offer private label?
Yes. We supply private label and OEM packing with artwork produced to your design, under a specification approved jointly before production.

How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on specification and packing. Standard items are typically quicker than custom specifications, which require sampling and approval first. We confirm the schedule in writing at order.
